For example, if a white denim jacket shown on the website is no longer available and the client wants the same piece, I need to source the material again, as I may no longer have that fabric in stock. Sometimes I can replace it with a similar option, and sometimes I can’t, as I work with dead stock fabrics that are not easy to replenish..​

Once the materials to be used and the garment details requested by the client (pockets, buttons, threads, internal details) are defined, a quote is prepared and the order is confirmed. After payment is received, the production time is between 7 and 15 days, depending on the complexity of the piece, and then the item is shipped. It is important to emphasize that every garment made from scratch requires time not only for its creation, but also for sourcing the materials.
